Terms of service

Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 August 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of www.bizziebees.uk and any order you place through our website.

Throughout these terms, “Bizzie Bees”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to:

Business: Bizzie Bees
Email: carolyn@bizziebees.uk
Website: www.bizziebees.uk

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Our online store

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to display and sell our products.

Some products may be produced, printed, packaged or dispatched by carefully selected third-party fulfilment providers, including Printify and its print providers.

When you buy a product directly from www.bizziebees.uk, your contract is with Bizzie Bees. Questions, complaints and return requests must be sent to us rather than Shopify, Printify or another fulfilment provider.

3. Who can place an order?

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order.

If you are under 18, an order must be placed by a parent or legal guardian.

You agree that all information supplied when ordering is accurate, complete and current.

4. Products and product descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours, prices and other information are accurate.

However:

  • Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings.

  • Handmade, printed and personalised products may have small natural variations.

  • Product measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

  • Packaging may change without notice.

  • Print placement can vary slightly between products.

  • Products may be supplied by different approved print or fulfilment providers.

These small variations will not necessarily mean that a product is faulty. However, products must still be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

If we discover a significant error in a product description or price after you place an order, we will contact you and give you the option to continue with the corrected information or cancel for a full refund.

5. Print-on-demand products

Some products, including certain clothing, mugs, accessories and homeware, are printed only after an order has been placed. These products may be fulfilled by Printify or one of its print providers.

Print-on-demand products may be dispatched separately from other products in your order and may arrive in different parcels.

Small differences caused by the printing or embroidery process may occur. Direct-to-garment products may also have a temporary scent or light pre-treatment marks when first delivered. These should normally disappear after washing in accordance with the care instructions.

Please check the relevant product description, colour options and size guide before ordering.

Our Refund and Returns Policy explains the difference between non-personalised print-on-demand products and products that have been clearly personalised for you.

6. Personalised and custom-made products

You are responsible for checking all personalisation details before completing your order, including:

  • Names and spellings

  • Dates

  • Messages

  • Photographs

  • Sizes

  • Colours

  • Design choices

  • Delivery information

We will normally produce the product using the information entered at checkout. We are not responsible for mistakes in personalisation supplied or approved by the customer.

Personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be changed or cancelled once production has begun. They also cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or not as described.

We reserve the right to refuse personalisation containing unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, offensive or infringing material. If we refuse an order before production, any payment taken for that product will be refunded.

7. Customer-supplied photographs and designs

When you upload or provide a photograph, logo, message, design or other material, you confirm that:

  • You own the material or have permission to use it.

  • Our use of it will not infringe another person’s copyright, trade mark, privacy or other rights.

  • The material is not illegal, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise prohibited.

  • You have permission from any identifiable person shown in a photograph.

You give Bizzie Bees and its fulfilment providers permission to use the supplied material solely for processing, producing and delivering your order.

You remain responsible for claims arising from material you supplied without the necessary ownership or permission.

8. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After checkout, you should receive an order acknowledgement. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.

A contract is normally formed when:

  • We send confirmation that a physical product has entered production or been dispatched; or

  • We make a digital product available for download.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

  • A product is unavailable.

  • There is an obvious pricing or description error.

  • Payment cannot be authorised.

  • We cannot deliver to the address supplied.

  • We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.

  • The order contains prohibited personalisation.

  • A technical error prevents us from completing the order.

If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment taken for the cancelled products.

9. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

The total amount payable, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you confirm your order.

You must provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information.

Payment is taken using the payment methods available at checkout. Payments may be processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal or another approved payment provider.

We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

10. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers:

  • Must be used within the stated promotional period.

  • Cannot normally be exchanged for cash.

  • Cannot be applied retrospectively.

  • May be limited to selected products or customers.

  • May require a minimum order value.

  • Cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

  • May be withdrawn if affected by an obvious error, fraud or misuse.

Any important conditions will be displayed with the offer.

11. Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it. Occasionally, a product or required component may become unavailable after an order is placed.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and offer an alternative where appropriate. You do not have to accept an alternative and may receive a refund for the unavailable product.

12. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive separately.

You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will try to correct it, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production or dispatch has begun.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver your order without undue delay and normally within 30 days.

Risk in physical products passes to you when you, or someone identified by you, receives them.

Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.

13. Delays outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, industrial action, customs delays, supplier disruption or major technical failures.

If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you where reasonably possible. Your legal rights, including any right to cancel because delivery has not taken place within an agreed or legally required period, remain unaffected.

14. Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, additional production and delivery charges may apply before it can be sent again.

Any refund available will depend on whether the parcel is recovered and the costs already incurred.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbours, safe places and the local delivery office before contacting us.

15. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights regarding cancellations, returns, faulty products, Printify products and refunds are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy:

www.bizziebees.uk/policies/refund-policy

The Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Nothing in either policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

16. Digital products and downloads

Digital planners, printables, templates and other downloadable products are supplied for your personal, non-commercial use unless a separate commercial licence is clearly included.

You must not:

  • Resell or redistribute a digital product.

  • Upload it to a file-sharing service.

  • Share download links with other people.

  • Claim the design or content as your own.

  • Copy, alter or use it to create products for resale.

  • Remove copyright or ownership notices.

Where you request immediate access to a digital product, you may be asked to expressly agree that delivery can begin immediately and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right will be lost once downloading begins.

If that consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained correctly, your legal cancellation rights remain in place.

If a digital product is faulty, inaccessible or not as described, contact us at carolyn@bizziebees.uk.

17. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including the Bizzie Bees name, logo, planner layouts, designs, graphics, text, photographs and downloadable materials—belong to Bizzie Bees or are used with permission.

You may view the website and print or save information for your own personal use.

You must not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, modify or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

18. Customer reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that it is honest, lawful and based on your genuine experience.

You give us permission to display, reproduce and share that content for reasonable business and promotional purposes. We will not claim ownership of your original content.

We may remove content that:

  • Contains personal or confidential information.

  • Is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or unlawful.

  • Infringes intellectual property rights.

  • Contains spam or misleading claims.

  • Is unrelated to the product or service.

  • Is submitted fraudulently.

We will not prevent or remove a genuine negative review simply because it is unfavourable.

19. Acceptable website use

You must not:

  • Use the website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or another customer’s account.

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technology.

  • Scrape, copy or collect website content using automated methods without permission.

  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security.

  • Place false, fraudulent or speculative orders.

  • Use our content or products to infringe another person’s rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or business.

20. Third-party websites and affiliate links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, products or services.

Some links may be affiliate links, which means Bizzie Bees may receive a commission if you make a purchase through the link. This does not normally increase the price you pay.

When you purchase directly from a third-party website, your contract is with that third party and its own terms, privacy policy, delivery arrangements and returns policy will apply.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites. You should review their terms before purchasing.

This section does not apply to products purchased directly through the Bizzie Bees checkout merely because a third-party provider, such as Printify, produces or fulfils the order. For those purchases, your contract remains with Bizzie Bees.

21. Privacy and cookies

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

www.bizziebees.uk/policies/privacy-policy

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Information about these technologies and your choices should be provided through our cookie notice and Privacy Policy.

22. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Breach of your statutory consumer rights.

  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Products sold through our consumer store are intended for private use. If you use a product for business purposes, we will not be responsible for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or business interruption unless otherwise required by law.

23. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may temporarily suspend, withdraw or change parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical or business reasons.

This does not affect orders already accepted or your existing statutory rights.

24. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our business, services, technology or legal obligations.

The terms applying to an order will normally be those published when the order was placed. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights you already have.

The latest version will always be displayed on this page with its updated date.

25. If part of these terms is invalid

If a court or relevant authority finds that part of these terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

Any failure or delay by us in enforcing a provision does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

26. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you will also retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

You may bring legal proceedings in the courts applying to the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.

27. Complaints and contact information

If you have a question or complaint, please contact us:

Business: Bizzie Bees
Email: carolyn@bizziebees.uk
Website: www.bizziebees.uk

We will aim to acknowledge and resolve complaints as promptly and fairly as possible.
